Giacomo Valerin is an oil painter, writer, and ceramicist studying at Montclair State University. He created and led the Teen Studio program from 2024 to 2025 at the Montclair Art Museum, a bimonthly studio space for teens to cultivate community and expand their art practices. In June of 2025, he received an honorarium fellowship to attend the Transschool Creative Writing Workshop, and his work will be published in the forthcoming Transschool Volume 3.
